How to monetize your website? In my article I am addressing those people who have developed enough traffic on their website that they now start to wonder how to monetize their website. The answer of this question depends upon what kind of traffic you have. Most of you might have mixed traffic, which means you don’t have traffic interested in a specific area but instead you have traffic of every kind. Under my experience, if you have mixed traffic then your first choice should be PPC programs like Google Adsense, Infolinks or Chitika. You might question why didn’t I mention affiliate programs, my answer is, Affiliate programs need highly targeted traffic and mixed traffic usually don’t give you as much results as you expected. On the other hand, PPC networks like Google Adsense automatically detects your page contents, calculates what kind of traffic your page might have and shows relevant ads on your website. Such ads have more earning potential, better CTR ration resulting in better earning.
If you want to monetize your website properly then you should use more than one PPC programs together. Remember some programs like Google Adsense don’t like to get mixed up with other similar programs so advanced webmasters have developed pairs of such PPC programs which tolerate one another. For instance, if you are right now monetizing your website using Google Adsense then I will recommend you to add Infolinks on your website as well. Infolinks is fully compatible with Google Adsense and many webmasters are successfully monetizing their website using a pair of Google Adsense and Infolinks. Infolinks ads don’t look like Google Adsense ads therefore Google Adsense allows you to use it along. I myself am utilizing this pair and I think my earning is increased. Some people might think that their Google Adsense earning will decrease if they will use Infolinks but I don’t think so. If you will integrate Infolink properly then it won’t affect your Google Adsense earning. Your CTR is very much influenced by your ads placement; therefore try different ad positions and track your earnings. If you want to monetize your website, you should give weight to each and every monetizing program available provided that they are compatible with one another.

Did you know that 1,802,330,457 people used internet in 2009? More and more people engage in online business every day therefore online business activities are getting popular and more realistic than they were once before. More business means more work and more work means more work from home opportunities for an average internet user. Internet based working relationships are more attractive for a job seeking person due to the work environment. A person only needs a pc and an internet connection in order to start working online. Usually a personal computer and an internet connection is already present in modern homes therefore a person doing online work for an internet based business can stay at home while doing work. This makes it more attractive for house wives who have some free time at home and want to spend it in doing some constructive work rather than watching movies or TV shows. Research indicates that there are plenty of people out there who are interested on working online from their home but a plenty of fraudulent work online companies are also there to dishearten them.
Many people start by typing in “work from home online” in Google and then sign up for every work online program listed on the search results page without verifying the legitimacy of those work online programs they are signing up for. This is totally wrong, a rational person always start a work by properly planning it and by taking a deep look at the possible results. I think only 1 work online opportunity is legitimated in every 100 out there, these are not any official stats, it is just my experience. When I came into work from home world, I was also as curious as you might be right now, I also signed up for various work online programs but I ended up in wasting my time and even money on some of them.
Remember, never ever give away money for a work from home program as they are actually mean to give money to you in exchange of your services. If they are asking for money in advance, then they are probably scam already. Before you sign up for a work from home program, check for its legitimacy on Google. For example, if you are signing up for ABC work at home program, you should search in Google by adding Scam at the end of ABC like this “ABC Scam”. If that company is a scam, you will see a lot of scam stories for that company and you will probably save your time and money.
There is plenty of good work from home programs out there as well, all you need to do is to research and you will find good ones for sure. You can take me as an example, When I started to search for work from home programs, I was just like you but now the primary portion of my monthly income comes from internet based business programs.
Take a note in the end, “If it is too good to be true then it may not be true”. Remember this sentence while searching for work from home programs, any work online program offering you too much money means it is a scam already. Don’t expect too much in start, Legitimated work from home based money making programs will pay you less in start but higher when you are expert. In start you will get cents and in the end you will get dollars and hundreds of dollars and thousands of dollars and so on but this will take years and years depending upon the efforts you put in. Turning Your Visitors into Money Using Adsense

Adsense is the largest ads publishing network worldwide and there is no doubt about it. Almost every webmaster knows about Adsense but I am pretty sure only a few webmasters have touched the true earning potential of Adsense. It is not because they don’t know how to use Adsense but it is because their approach is not what it should be. When a newbie webmaster see a professional webmaster earning a lot of money using Adsense, he thinks all he has to do is to get a few thousand visitors per day and put Adsense code on the website and that’s all but actually it is wrong.
If you want to earn money using Adsense, You will first need to find the answer of following three questions.
1. Why the advertisers spend money on Ads which Adsense will display on your website?
2. Why Adsense will pay you?
3. What is your role in between Advertisers and Adsense?
If you find the answer of above three questions and configure your approach accordingly, you will become a successful Adsense publisher. I have designed an Adsense Money Making diagram and I am putting it here so that you may easily understand what I am trying to explain.

A business owner (Seller) is always in search for a buyer to sell his products and services. A business using only local land store often reaches a buyers limit and online marketing is a solution to overcome this limit. The seller doesn’t know where the buyers are but the seller knows that he can display his advertisement on different websites in order to get online buyers. Now you know that even if you have thousands of visitors on your website, not every visitor is an interested buyer. You will need targeted quality traffic in order to make money using Adsense.
If you are interested in starting a website to make money using Adsense, you should first decide an area in which a seller can be interested to display his ads. Once you decide the area then next step is how to gather visitors for that specific area.
For example, You already know that a lot of companies make shoes so many sellers should already be interested in displaying ads to sell their shoes online. You can start a website displaying information about shoes in this way, the people interested in Shoes information will visit on your website and if you put Adsense code on your website, the visitors are much more likely to be interested in Adsense ads and thus can result in a much more Adsense money instead of thousands of raw visitors on a general website which is designed without targeting any specific market.

Elance vs Getafreelancer (Now known as Freelancer)

I am team leader of a small team of graphic designers, web designers and coder. I have started my career with freelance websites and Elance and Getafreelancer (now known as Freelancer) were the main two websites I have used at that time. As for reliability, Elance and Getafreelancer, both are very reliable and have a good repute in the freelance market. You can see some scam reports about them as well but they are probably from some people who either had bad luck with their clients or had tried to scam their clients themselves.
Comparison Between Elance and Getafreelancer (Freelancer):
Getafreelancer: If you are an individual graphic designer, web designer or web developer then Getafreelancer is best for you. You will be able to find a lot of small scale and easy to use project there and you won’t need to take care of project plans or documentations, progress reports etc. The projects on Getafreelancer are usually small or medium scale and small scale projects take only a week or so and you can quickly get the output of your work.
Your feedbacks and track record is important but the primary factor in project award seems to be the price. So even if you don’t have a brilliant track record, if you offer a competitive price, you are more likely to win the project on Getafreelancer. Due to low price appreciation, individuals are more successful on Getafreelancer.

Getafreelancer if free to join and if you want to become a gold member, there is a very little fee to do so and an individual can easily afford. There are several ways to monetize your website traffic but usually a beginner websites starts with Google Adsense. No doubt that Adsense is the best PPC service out there. However Adsense also allows webmasters to use third party PPC companies as well provided that their ads don’t look like those of Adsense. So after searching a lot on the web, I came to know that In Text Advertisement is probably the best PPC system to use along with Adsense. There is virtually no chance that the ads can look like Adsense ads so you are safe to use In Text Advertising services along with Adsense.

Now the second question is, “which in text advertising company is best?”. You will be able to see many comments in the comments section on this question but personally I only see two companies worthy to put on your website in the context of in text advertisement.

Infolinks
Kontera

Infolinks is a legit business, not a scam one. No doubt that infolinks is my first choice. I myself tried them on my website and have seen very good results so far. They are good, friendly and give you support when required. When you use their code on your website, the code automatically convert some keywords on your website to hyperlink ads. Infolinks admin panel provides a way to change colors of in text advertising links. In addition to that, you can change them to have double underlines if you want to separate them from your single line hyperlinks. Although the click rate of Infolinks is a way lower than Adsense but their CTR is always higher than Adsense which compensates the loss a bit. The only drawback of Infolinks I have seen so far is their surprisingly low rates for Asian traffic, other than that they are fine. If majority of your website traffic comes from any Asian country specially from India of Pakistan, then you probably should think once again before using Infolinks on your website.

Kontera is also a reputable in text advertisement PPC Company which is compatible with Adsense. You can use it along with Adsense without any worries. I haven’t seen any significant drop in my Adsense earning after addition of Infolinks or Kontera on my website so they are worth trying. If I analyze PPC share of my website income, Adsense has almost a share of 70 to 75% and Infolinks has a 25 to 30% which is not bad. True Work Online Concept

You will find a lot of articles and posts about how to make money, how to work online etc etc but no one will explain the actual thing. Yes it is true that you can make a reasonable income by joining some true and fair work online programs but it is not as easy as it seems to be. These days, almost every one knows how adsense, clickbank and other online businesses work, does that mean every one who knows about these online businesses can successfully earn enough income from these work online programs? The answer is, No. Uploading a blog on a domain and then posting articles on it doesn’t mean you are a true webmaster; a true webmaster is a person who analyses every thing around him. You will find a lot of ideas only if you think sensitively.

For example, if you are earning income by publishing ads on your website, you will need to write relevant articles about your website with unique contents. To write articles, you will have to use your imagination. Every single thing around you has some importance. Don’t ignore even the smallest things rather give importance to them and think how one can utilize them. For example, you wake up daily and brush your teeth. Now if you think, even this single act of brushing your teeth can give you a lot of keywords and ideas to write an article for your website. You can write an article about “how to brush teeth”, or you can write an article about “how to select a good tooth brush”. Further more, you can write an article on “how to select toothpaste”.

Know what I mean? You have to be active, responsive and keen. The true success lies behind your dedication. Try to find a way to earn money from every thing you see on internet. Be your own boss, give yourself goals. If you earn $100 this month, set a goal of $110 for next month and try hard to achieve your goal. Stay confident and I am pretty sure you will never fail.

After requests from various visitors, I decided to write a detailed review about Swagbucks.com. I faithfully tried my best to gather all the possible information about Swagbucks but I still cannot claim 100% accuracy of this review. First of all, I would like to mention that Swagbucks currently only registers visitors from USA, United Kingdom or Canada so if you are not from these 3 countries, please don’t waste your time on this topic. Swagbucks is a search based work online and earn type program. The basic idea is to search and earn points. A point is actually called a Swag bucks. It acts like their currency which is redeemable. So you don’t directly earn the money but you actually earn redeemable points. Swagbucks don’t have a membership fee so don’t worry about your money, even if it happens to be a scam, all you can lose is your time spent on it. I haven’t been reported any verified scam report about Swagbucks yet but I am still receiving reviews. For example, users say that the redeem prices are too high. Some members say that most of the redeemable things are actually useless posters and ever useful item has too high redeemed price. Some account locking reports are received but I think it is ignorable that’s because most of the users try to abuse every work online program.

It looks like the website owner resides in US so most likely it is not going to be a scam unless the address is fake. But US users can easily verify their legit entity. Swagbucks also has a blog where you can find their codes to increase your points. I usually try every work online program before posting a review on work online forum but Swagbucks refused to register me due to the fact that I am not from USA, United Kingdom or Canada. I will highly appreciate if you can post a review about Swagbucks in the comments section. Even if you don’t want to register on Swagbucks, revisit this page after a few days and you will find a lot of reviews from our visitors in the comments section.
Conclusion: For the time being, I haven’t received any Scam reports about the Swagbucks so you can give it a try. You are only required to search once or twice in a day which will take a couple of minutes so I think the risk it not too much however take a look on the comments section which will be updated continuously, may be you can find a scam report there by the time you visit.

It is true that the world now has become global village but in this limitless village, it is very difficult to trust some one. Some of you might not agree with me in this respect but I am sure what I am saying is true. There are websites like Elance, Scriptlance, Getafreelancer, Rentacoder, Getacoder, Guru and much more. All of them having thousands of graphic designing jobs each, create an account with each or at least one of them. I suggest that you should start from rentacoder or any other where you can work online without paying anything. All the above names I gave are big names in work online industry, none of them are scams. They are self tested by me. So no worries just go ahead and start bidding on graphic designing or Flyer Templates projects on these websites. Many of them pay using paypal, westernunion and moneybookers. If your area supports paypal then I suggest you should use it, otherwise the moneybookers option is always there. They are reliable and process oriented so you can trust them as well. Westernunion is perhaps the least used way because of huge transfer costs. So far I have seen the people from Philippines are a way ahead on these work online websites. They have occupied the top positions in work online companies. Pakistan and India are also well ahead in offshore graphic designing. Right now I can easily earn more than $3000 per month using Getafreelancer only but that doesn’t mean this is the earning limit. I am writing this article for my Pakistani fellows who are interested in making money by working online from their homes. Work online and work at home jobs are especially suitable for girls and women because they don’t need to leave their homes in order to work online. Every time a visitor clicks on a Google Adsense ad on your website, you will be paid by Google Adsense. This earning will vary upon different maters. In short, I think if you successfully achieved even 300 to 400 visitors per day, you will most likely be able to earn $100 every month which is equal to almost 8000 Rupees (Pakistan Currency). You can start more than one website if you have enough time to give. Believe me this work online idea is great and fully working. Stay online and work hard, you won’t need to do any other work.
